Carter sister backs motorcycle rights repeal push

Gloria Spann, 50, sister of President-elect Carter, says she will use political connections to lobby for repeal of motorcycle safety laws. She plans to contact local legislators and Carter aides, and to discuss riders’ rights with her brother. Spann and her husband own five motorcycles and have eight years of riding experience.
