A renewed search is underway for Roy Hawk, a South Muscatine man missing since Wednesday. His relatives and friends plan to scour islands between Muscatine and Fairport, fearing drowning or being stranded as ice conditions permit crossings. If not found today a final effort is planned tomorrow with many volunteers joining the outreach.
