Two Hurt In Hatfield Corner Crash
Two drivers were injured in a head on collision at the junction of highways 6 and 38 at Hatfield's Corner eight miles north of Muscatine at 5 p.m. Monday. Richard Alan Warvis, 19, a navy man home on leave, and Arthur Jenner, 35, a Wilton plumber, were reported in fair condition at Muscatine General Hospital. Warvis drove a 1960 model car. Jenner traveled in the opposite direction. The crash demolished both vehicles and was under investigation by Deputy Sheriff Charlie Whisler.
