Bond Produced Crain Released After Bond Posted
Arrested two weeks ago in the Nebraska McElhaney case Harry Crain was brought to court Saturday after the Kemper case. He used a bond prior to trial to guarantee support for his wife and secure release. Crain was arrested in Fremont by Marshal Wiley and pleaded guilty with sentence deferred while he discussed matters with his wife. He posted bond and returned to West Liberty on the desertion following a seduction marriage charge. Case up Tuesday before Judge Howe. County Attorney Pepper prosecutes, Thompson and Thompson defend.
