Bond Produced Crain Released In Nebraska Case
Arrested two weeks ago in the Nebraska McElhaney case, Henry Crain was brought to court and used a bond guaranteeing wife support to secure release. Crain, arrested at Fremont by Marshal R. J. Wiley, pleaded guilty with sentence deferred to consult his wife. He posted the bond Saturday afternoon and returned to West Liberty. The case involves desertion following a seduction marriage. The McElhaney breach of Sabbath case will be heard Tuesday morning by Judge Howe with County Attorney Pepper prosecuting.
