The November just past was the warmest in 63 years of observation with a mean temperature of 46 degrees and a high of 76. Flowers bloomed nearly the whole month as rainfall reached 3.28 inches. The report by Mrs. J. P. Walton cites a 10 degree rise over the 60 year mean and highlights the mild stretch amid fuel shortages.
Mrs Warreta Peters has been granted a divorce from William Peters on desertion and failure to provide. She is restored to her former name Warretta Bettler.
