Fred Reigel of the south side was seriously hurt yesterday afternoon while hunting near his home when a .22 rifle discharged and struck his calf. Dr. A J Oliver treated and removed the bullet.
William Negus sustained severe finger lacerations when his hand was pulled into a corn shredder belt on the O'Connor farm near Flat Iron point. Dr. W. S. Norton treated the injury.

Guthrie Okla Dec 2 The first Oklahoma legislature assembled today in the temporary state capitol with full houses. The session focused on organizing both houses as Governor Haskell prepares to deliver his message tomorrow, drawing great public interest and crowded seating.
