Two Plead Guilty To OMVI In Wapello Court
Two defendants pled guilty to OMVI charges in Wapello district court Wednesday before Judge Bb. Newell set sentencing for Keith J Kerr at 40 a m September 12. Emma Arlene Oak Columbus Junction paid a fine after pleading guilty to OMVI. Kay F Garland was granted a divorce from Leland K Garland for cruel and inhuman treatment with custody of one minor child and support and property settlement.
