High Water Blocks Traffic on All Railroads in the New State
Heavy rains in the past five to six days have caused extensive damage across the territory. Twenty seven bridges on the Frisco system are washed out, with the North Canadian bridge between Okmulgee and Sapulpa partly destroyed. Three thousand sacks of sand hold the Katy line bridge in place to prevent total collapse. Train service is disrupted for days, and damage to cotton and potato crops will run into thousands of dollars.

Campers Return From Two Week Lee's Creek Camp
