Pilot Kills Himself After Family Tragedy in Lake Michigan Crash
Iowa pilot David R. Utroska 30 died by a gunshot after his wife Sandra 30 and their children Kimberly 11 Kenneth 9 Kandice 6 perished when his light plane sank in Lake Michigan during a Sunday evening takeoff attempt.
