Body lies in state at Gholson Funeral Home after 4:00 p.m. Tuesday. He was born January 14, 1903 in Hamilton County, son of Clarence and Spicey Flannigan. Survived by son Jack Flannigan of Elgin, brothers Paul Flannigan of Mc Leansore and Chalon Flannigan of Dale, sisters Mrs Martin Downen and Mrs Atto Atchley, Carmi, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
