Relatives report the death of William C. Sursa about 57, Sunday at 2 00 a m in Glasgow Kentucky. Former Mt Vernon resident, son of Charles N and Cola Sursa. Survived by wife, one daughter Ruth Barnes of Bowling Green, one granddaughter, step mother Mabel Sursa of Mt Vernon, and four step sisters. Funeral services were held today in Glasgow.

Eight of farmer Karen Walsh's fourteen children were stricken with polio. Edward, six, was hospitalized Sunday night, as was David, seventeen, in Winnebago County Hospital.
