Samuel Paul Baker a Waltonville grocer and retired railroad telegrapher died at 3 45 a m Friday at his Dareville home. He was 89 11 24. Funeral services are Sunday at 2 p m at Elk Prairie Christian church with Rev John Nelson officiating. burial in Bethel Memorial. The body lies at Pulley Funeral Home after 2 p m today. He was born June 6 1898 in Jefferson County to Thomas E and Celesta Shelton Baker. He was married to Blanche Barrow who died earlier, and later to Helen Osborn who survives. He also leaves a stepson Joe Baker, a brother J B Baker of Jacksonville Ill and a sister Mrs Fred Spiller of Waltonville.
