Body at Gholson Funeral Home Dahlgren. survivors include three sons Lloyd Manteno Fred Bluford Roy Urbana four sisters one brother eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Farmers Can Start Now On Soil Bank Program
Secretary Benson said farmers in eligible areas may enroll cropland under a $1.2 billion soil bank plan. Payments will reward reducing plantings of surplus crops including cotton wheat corn rice tobacco and peanuts, with tobacco and peanuts rates to be announced soon. Corn 90 cents a bushel cotton 15 cents a pound wheat 1.20 a bushel rice 2.25 a hundred pounds, about 60 percent parity for corn cotton and wheat and 50 percent parity for rice.
