Accident Case To Jury Trial In Court Here
Ben Kincaid of 700 South 17th street faces trial in County Court on a charge of leaving the scene after a collision with Ralph Caldwell of 1113 Newby avenue at the corner of Tenth and Broadway on January 10 1955. Caldwell was injured. A jury of eight women and four men was impanelled. Judge Dale Andrews presided. In a separate County Court matter yesterday States Attorney Demetri Hassakis moved to dismiss counts against Homer Dagg a local junk dealer who was charged with buying from a minor. The case was dismissed. Hassakis said jurors would be retained to hear other criminal cases tomorrow and civil suits on Thursday.
