Mrs. Della Whitlock of East St. Louis died, news reached by telephone. Funeral services set for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in East St. Louis. A longtime chaplain of the Veterans of World War II Department of Illinois, she was active with the American Legion Auxiliary across Illinois. The auxiliary will conduct its ritualistic ceremonies Tuesday evening at the funeral home on 26th and State streets.
