Car Hits Ditch West Of Mt. W Driver Is Fined
University City man Emil Harry Jacobs aged 56 was fined ten dollars and costs for failure to have his car under control after passing on the right and leaving the road to strike a ditch ten miles west of town on U S Route 460. His 1955 Cadillac collided with a 1952 Plymouth driven by John Hampton aged 70 of Woodlawn. No injuries were reported. Deputy Sheriff Bob Ruddick filed the charge before Justice of the Peace Charles Cook.
