Death of Howard H. Henry at 71 in Mt. Vernon
Howard H. Henry of 334 South Third Street died Saturday at Good Samaritan Hospital at age 71. He was a retired Mt. Vernon steel plant worker known as Rouge. Funeral Tuesday at Myers Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Howard Flora officiating. burial in Oakwood Cemetery. He leaves Dana Sharp Henry, two sons Guy and Jack, a daughter Jeanne Adcock, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was born March 24, 1893, and preceded by a daughter, two brothers, and two sisters. He belonged to the First Free Will Baptist church.
