Allen C. Rapp, 49, of Granite City and former Blu ford resident, died yesterday at 3 p.m. Funeral services are set for Thursday at 2 p.m. at Old Mt. Zion church Jefferson County, with burial in Old Mt. Zion cemetery. The body lies in state at Richardson Chapel Wayne City this afternoon. Rapp was born in Jefferson County on December 24, 1905, to W. V. and Francis (Allen) Rapp.
