Lydia Livanos died at her home on South 19th Street at 7 25 p m. She was 76 years old. Funeral services will be at Myers Chapel Saturday at 2 p m with Edwin V Hayden officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery. The body will lie in state at Myers Chapel after 10 a m Friday. Born October 31 1874 in Mt Vernon she was the daughter of Robert and Melinda Jane Throgmorton. She married April 28 1938.

Funeral Friday for Sarah Allen at Brush Harbor church
Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Eliza Pierce Allen were moved to Friday at 2:00 PM at Brush Harbor church east of McLeansboro. The body lies in state at the home of her son-in-law and daughter Mr and Mrs Albert Woodworth of Bluford until the funeral. She died Tuesday night at the home of Wilburn Allen in Hammond Indiana, survivor Emanuel Livanos.
