Sally Olin infant daughter of Mr and Mrs Gilbert Olin of RFD 1 died last night at Good Samaritan Hospital thirty minutes after birth. Mt. Vernon residents reported dog bites on two youngsters yesterday. Jack Hicks, 14, was bitten while delivering evening papers near 1405 Jones Street and police sought the dog for a 14 day observation period. Alice Ann Noble, 2, was bitten near 2712 Mannen. the dog will be tied up for 14 days for observation.
