A gang of 200 youths aged 16 to 20 roamed a Buffalo district Wednesday night breaking windows and looting a pawn shop. Police said televsion sets and instruments were taken, some recovered, two arrested on charges of malicious mischief burglary and grand larceny. Deputy Chief Gaughan said probes of professional agitators were started. Five youths were arrested the prior night after windows were smashed at six stores and merchandise stolen.
