Youth Arrested in Stolen Car On Way to Court

Sidney Ray Behanan, 18, of Nashville, Tenn., was arrested near Mt Vernon in a stolen car. State Trooper Roy Cooley stopped him about a mile south of Mt Vernon. Behanan said he was en route to Chicago to attend court on a car theft case and claimed ownership allowed him to use the car. He was held in Williamson County jail.
