Funeral services for Louis M. Simson of 711 North street will be held Saturday at 2 p m at the Hennessy Chapel in Buffalo New York. Burial will be in Elmlawn cemetery Kenmore New York. He died at 1 p m yesterday at Linwood Nursing Home in Lenton at age 87. He was born January 23 1869 in Buffalo and was married to Anna Gertrude Luscher who died August 21 1949. He was a charter member of Plymouth Congregational church. Surviving are one daughter Dorothy Simson of Mt. Vernon four sisters and three brothers from Randolph N Y Little Valley N Y Hamburg N Y Warren Pa Randolph N Y East Randolph N Y.

Allen A. Puckett of 825 Harrison street died last evening at 7 40 at age 82. A former grocer and businessman, he served as Justice of the Peace in Mt. Vernon township and was a member of Epworth Methodist Church. He was born January 4, 1874 in Belle Rive and survived by a son Dr L V Puckett of Mt Vernon, two daughters Beulah Cox of Mt Vernon and Bernadine Ellis of DeKalb Illinois, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements through Myers Chapel. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.

Final rites for Brig. General Russell A. Wilson, who died in the initial Allied air raid on Berlin in 1944, will be held Friday at 2 00 p m at the Wilson Frick Memorial Chapel in Marion. Wilson was a cousin of Corum Stall of Mt Vernon. Military rites will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery with Air Force officers from Scott Air Force Base Illinois.
