Jack Cameron 51 of 309 Opdyke Avenue died at Good Samaritan Hospital after a nine week illness. He worked 28 years at Swift & Company. Funeral Sunday 2:00 pm at First Community Church conducted by Rev. Andrew Caraker. He is survived by his wife Ruby Stanner, his mother Herma Archer, a half sister Betty Archer, a half brother Charles Archer, a step mother Maud Cameron, and two step sisters Louise Gwaltney and Ione Fitzgeralds.

Relatives report the death of Nellie Beal Williamson about 80 born and raised in Jefferson county. She died March 5 in Denver Colorado and was buried March 7 in Mena Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Tom Mullinax and Mrs Mullinax and married to Omar Williamson. They moved to Denver about 30 years ago.
