Duck Tips Off Robber Near Chicago
Three men approached Johnnie Mae Hixson and her husband on Chicago’s Far South Side offering to buy a brown and white female duck. When refused, one man drew a pistol and demanded money, escaping on foot with $10. Police arrested Steve Sutton, 24, found with a duck, charged with armed robbery. The duck remains in the police station’s dog pound.
