Death of Noel Stroud Found in Wayne City Car
Noel Isom Stroud, 45, of Wayne County, was found dead in a parked car in Wayne City about 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, with death due to a heart attack. Funeral services are set for Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Richardson Chapel, Wayne City, with burial in Thomason Cemetery and Wayne City American Legion post to conduct military rites. He was born September 10, 1910, a World War II veteran, son of Joseph and Martha Stroud, and survived by three brothers Jessie, Reecle, Earl, and sister Lizzie Porter.
