Ex POW says charges of misconduct are unfounded

Newport Ky AP one of eight former war prisoners charged by an officer with misconduct says the accusations are unfounded. Army Spec 4 Michael Branch plans a $1 million defamation suit. The eight were held at the Hanoi prison Plantation after being shot down over Laos in 1968. Branch disputes the charges and says there was little communication in the prison camp.
