Burial at local cemetery. Survived by wife Lola, son Joe M. Jordan, daughter Mrs John A. Nelson, siblings Thomas N. Jordan and Mrs George Steicher, four grandchildren. A longtime teacher and former principal, he served 42 years in White Hamilton and nearby districts.
