Married Harlie Eller November 1922 who survives. Survivors include her mother, son Ray Eller, daughter Dorothy Estes, three sisters, and four grandchildren. Preceded in death by father and two brothers. Mrs Eller was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

City police reported two automobile accidents on Monday. Luther Byrd of Orlando Florida drove a car with minor damages in a two car crash on Westcott Street at 11th Street at 4 p.m. Fred Bain 73 of 409 Herbert drove the other car which was not damaged. No arrests were made. About 9 p.m. two cars collided on South 10th Street and Jones. Silas Ratliff 36 of Belle Rive drove a car damaged over 100. The other car driven by Lawrence Broyles 70 of R R 1 had no damage estimate given.

Two thefts were reported to city police Monday. The Mt. Vernon Stereo Mart on Main Street reported that two car stereos a car radio and three stereo tapes were stolen after high winds blew out the front window. Merchandise valued about 310 dollars. Pauline Tormey of South 24th Street told police a purse and package were stolen at Mammoth Department Store where she works. The purse held 20 to 30 dollars and a bank deposit box key. the package contained men's clothing valued about 17 dollars.

Court Dismisses Battery Case Against Jones
