Gene Harshbarger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lionel Harshbarger of 517 south 15th street, heads to Tulane University New Orleans as a sophomore after attending Hinds College in Jackson last year. Nettle Beck attended the All Star game in Chicago yesterday. Numerous residents and visitors from Waukegan to Waltonville were seen in Mt Vernon yesterday.
