East St. Louis officials seek CETA fix with Chicago talks
An East St. Louis delegation travels to Chicago to meet federal officials about the troubled CETA program. Funeral services for Gaurd Scott Marvin 79 of Roswell N M will be held today in Roswell. He lived much of his life in Mt Vernon and Oklahoma City and died Sunday in Albuquerque after a long illness.
