A lifelong Jefferson county resident she belonged to Faith General Baptist church. Funeral Thursday 2 30 p.m. at Union Chapel Baptist church with burial in Union Chapel cemetery. The Rev Rolla Eller to conduct. Body lies in state at family home after 2 p.m. Wednesday and will be moved by the church at noon Thursday. One husband is her survivor.

Gun Wiegand Dies From Self Inflicted Gun Wound
John A. Wiegand 61 of Route 3 Bluford died at 5 35 pm Monday at Good Samaritan Hospital from a gunshot wound to the head. Coroner Ray Hefley ruled the death self inflicted and an inquest will be held. He had been in failing health. Funeral services Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church with Rev William Hecht, burial at Oakdale Cemetery near Bluford. The Pulley Funeral Home is handling arrangements with viewing after 4 pm Wednesday and body lying in state Thursday noon. Born September 20 1900 in St Louis County, he was married in 1929 to Edna Lange who survives along with daughter Martha Ann, two brothers Fred and Edwin, and two sisters Clara Lemkemann and Louise Breite.
