Floyd Raymond Baker aged 76 of Bluford died at 10 50 p m yesterday at home. He retired as a maintenance man for the Illinois Central Railroad and belonged to the Central Church of Christ in Metropolis and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way. Born August 24 1894 in Saline County he was the son of William Thomas and Mary Florence Adams Baker. Surviving are his wife Burnie Oliver four brothers four sisters five sons Willard Eugene Carl Raymond and Truman a daughter Aline Talbert 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Bluford Funeral Home.
