Deaths Wm B Moore Rites Thursday At Woodlawn
Funeral services for William Bell Moore will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Woodlawn Methodist Church with Rev. Ellis Dugger presiding. Burial is in Mt Catherine cemetery. Moore, of Mt Vernon, died at Doctors Hospital in Carbondale at 9:10 a.m. yesterday, after living with his son Bruce W. Moore in Carterville for three months. He was born May 9, 1891, in Woodlawn, son of Robert P. and Martha Trout Moore. He married Zelda Bruce, who died June 2, 1950. He was a Woodlawn Methodist member. Survived by son Bruce W. Moore of Carterville, daughter Mrs Charles Ray of Centralia, sisters Mrs Mabel Thomas of Mt Vernon and Mrs Kate Harvey of Woodlawn, brother Robert Moore of Whitefish, Montana, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
