Funeral services for Stella May Holloway 74 longtime Mt. Vernon resident who died Saturday at her Hammond Indiana home will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Church of God in Bonnie with Rev. Loy Shaw officiating. Burial follows in Bethel Memorial cemetery. body lies in state at Inn Funeral Home. She was widowed from James H. Holloway and is survived by two sons Leo and Frazier of Hammond four daughters Virginia Reynolds Mary Vanderden Helen Holloway and Goldie Williams all of Hammond and Whittington 20 grandchildren two great grandchildren three brothers Roy and Clyde Strothers of Keenesburg Illinois and Bob Strothers of Evansville Indiana.

Christopher Columbus Fisher of RFD 1 Opdyke died at 12 05 yesterday at Good Samaritan Hospital aged 88 years four months and 27 days. Funeral Wednesday at 1 30 p m at Inn Baptist church with Rev Riley Burton officiating. Burial in Kirk cemetery. He was born August 19 1867 in Franklin county son of Bill and Mary Adcock Fisher. He married Jancy McGinnis October 13 1886 who preceded him in death. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Ewing. Survived by one son Henry Fisher of Jacksonville TL three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife parents two brothers three sisters and one son.
