Centralia Man Is Crushed to Death
In Paris Illinois a heavy rig carrying an oil derrick skid in a muddy field and crushed worker L. C. Regan 2 of Centralia to death between the derrick crown block and a tractor. He worked for Holden Construction Co of Mt. Vernon. The accident happened near Fbridge about ten miles southeast of Paris. Regan leaves a widow and two children. His body will be sent to Centralia for burial.
