Della Warren Garren died at 10:30 a.m. at her home on 924 Salem Road after a long illness. She was 77 years nine months and 19 days old. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Myers Chapel with Rev. Dale Harmon officiating. burial in Oakwood cemetery. Lying in state at Myers Chapel after 3:00 p.m. Saturday. She was born in Corning, Arkansas, married first Bert B. Warren, then Sam Garren who survives. She leaves husband, one son A. L. Warren of Mt. Vernon, five daughters, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one son Cliff preceded in death. She was a member of the First Methodist church.
