Harold Olivier a 46 year old Waltonville farmer died at 12 45 am while en route from Waltonville to Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon after a heart attack. He was pronounced dead on arrival. Born August 12 1910 in Peoria he was the son of Edward and Pearl Olivier. He married Mary De Clercq April 14 1934 in Moline and was a member of St Marys Catholic church in Leseer. Funeral arrangements are pending with Fry Funeral Home in Waltonville. He is survived by his wife three sons Edward of St Louis Robert and Donald at home four daughters Betty McCowen Theresa Mary Jo and Joyce at home one grandchild a step mother Mrs Caroline Olivier of Peoria three brothers Thomas of Davenport Iowa Lawrence and Louis of Moline and Walter of Des Moines and three sisters Mrs Ellen Hixson of Colona Illinois Mrs Georgia Malcolm of Kelso Washington and Mrs Mary Holston of Colorado.

Funeral services were held at the First Christian church in Falls Church at 2 p m. He served in World War 2 as a Naval Commander and later led the network equipment unit of the electrical branch Bureau of Aeronautics. Survived by his widow Ona S. Mathers two daughters Margaret Ann and Marolyn Elaine parents Mr and Mrs H Mathers and sister Mrs W W Stevens. Burial at Arlington National Cemetery.
