Boy in serious condition after hunting accident
An eight year old Woodlawn boy, Scott Allen Owens, is in serious condition in Good Samaritan Hospital ICU recovering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Deputies said he was hunting Sunday with his brother, father, and uncle when his brother's .22 rifle discharged, the bullet striking him in the side and lodging in his back.
