Car Stolen and Recovered Here
An automobile stolen in Mt. Vernon last night was found abandoned a few hours later. It belonged to George R. B. Richards of Wayne City and was taken from Perkins Avenue at 9 55. The car was found at 12 30 a m beside a Mt. Vernon tavern and then taken to city hall with the owner notified.
