DuBois Racer Jeff Spotanski Dies After Motocross Crash
Jeffery Alan Spotanski 1 of rural Du Bois died at 5 20 am at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah from head injuries after a Sunday motocross accident at Metropolis Southern Minors Scramble track. A 1975 Waltonville High School graduate, he was a professional motocross racer and AMA member. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at St. Barbara's Catholic Church in Du Bois with Rosary tonight at Hogan Funeral Home. He is survived by his parents two sisters grandparents and was preceded by a sister and grandmother.
