Funeral services for William Oral Sollis will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Kell Baptist church with Rev. Roy Beal officiating. Burial in Zion Grove County Lines cemetery. Sollis, 47, of Decatur, died at 7:35 a.m. yesterday. He was a former resident of Mt. Vernon and Keil, employed by Wabash Railroad in Decatur and previously at Mt. Vernon Car Company. He belonged to the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Railroad Carmen.

Legion Backs Full World War I Pensions At Illinois Rally
American Legion delegates at the 42nd Illinois state convention endorsed a blanket World War I veterans pension plan not reduced by other old age benefits. The measure, to be sent to the national conclave in Miami Beach, also urged a Senate veterans affairs committee and a Marion or suitable hospital domicile for veterans. Other actions called for 200 additional beds at Hill Memorial Hospital, a $150 million state bond issue for institutional building, and six Legion cash scholarships for prize essays on service to the community. Gunmen Take 30000 From Chicago Home
A band of masked gunmen forced entry into Hugo Paoli's Northfield home and his tavern early yesterday, binding his wife, son-in-law, daughter and two grandchildren. They took cash and jewelry totaling about 30 to 35 thousand dollars and escaped after a two hour raid. Paoli and his nine year old grandson were seized for further assault at the tavern.

Damage 500 In Three Collisions Here No One Hurt
Three Mt. Vernon crashes Friday caused about 500 in damage with no injuries. At 7 00 p m a Carson Waltonville and Tolley Mt. Vernon collision in the 600 block of south Tenth street damaged the Carson car over 100 and Tolley car about 50.
