Ray Webb of RFD 7 Vernon died at 8 45 am at Lood Samaritan Hospital after four days as a patient. He was 77 years four months eight days old. Funeral services set for 2 60 pm Monday at Myers Chapel with Rev Bird Green officiating. Burial in Harmony cemetery. Body in state at Myers Chapel after 2 pm tomorrow. Born April 5 1906 in Jefferson county son of William T and Mary Estelle Webb. Survived by brother Charles Webb of Bluford and several nieces and nephews.

Fatal Accident On Bypass 66
A St. Louis man was killed and two people injured early today in a collision on U.S. bypass 66 east of the Chain of Rocks Bridge. William Franklin Sneed, 35, of St. Louis died when his car crossed the center line into Ned Hubbard, 39, of Columbia Illinois truck. Mary Herbert, 32, of St. Louis, one of the occupants, was injured.
