A World War II veteran he worked as a shear operator at the Car Company for 25 years. Survived by his wife Dora Overturf. daughter Mabel Dornin of Poplar Bluff. sons Clifton Norvell of Pontiac and Warnie in Japan. half brother Edgar Robison of East Prairie. four grandchildren.
