James Andrew Fowler of Andrews Texas died at 1:20 a.m. at Good Samaritan Hospital at 70 years six months seven days. Funeral services will be held Monday April 29 at the Baptist church in Andrews with burial in the city. The body lies in state at Myers Chapel from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. today. Fowler born October 18 1892 in Gadston Alabama was married September 1 1915 to Mary E. Evans. Survived by two daughters, four sons, his father, a sister, eighteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren. He belonged to Second Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge No. 1024.
