Dix man 83 in fair condition after Route 37 collision
Briefs say Harry Davis of Dix, 83, remains in Good Samaritan Hospital in fair condition after a two-vehicle crash on Route 37 just north of Dix at 9 45 a m yesterday. His car and a vehicle driven by William Dement, 61, of Mt Vernon, suffered major damage. Dement had minor injuries but was not hospitalized.
