Funeral Held For John Septer in Salem Church
Funeral services for John Septer were held at the Friends Church in Salem on Sunday June 8 at 2:30 pm. The service, led by Rev MT McCracken, included songs by Eleanor White Dorothy Payne Marvin Hunting Clayton Mills and Elizabeth Rotter. Pallbearers were Everett Watson Herman Watson Elber Watson Carroll Gook Carl Sopter and Viert Van Winkle. Interment was in East Cemetery. Septer born April 9 1865 in West Moreland County PA died June 6 1947 in Salem. He married Mary Ann Murphy February 22 1898 and survived by 14 children 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren with many relatives and friends attending from Dixon Missouri Trenton Mo Bermuda.

Perry S Wilson of Near Stockport Dies
Perry S Wilson, 69, longtime Stockport resident, died Tuesday afternoon at his daughter's home six miles northeast of Stockport. Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Hickory Grove church with burial in the nearby cemetery. He married Elizabeth Knowles on February 14, 1899. she preceded him in death in 1944. Survived by two daughters Mrs Cleo Watson and Mrs Harold Crethan, sisters Mrs C B Lee and Mrs Fred Bunger, brother William Wilson, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
