Week notices report Mr and Mrs B T Young called to Mt Vernon Tuesday due to illness of Rev H T Youngs child. Doctors W F Carter and Chestnut consulted. Cashier A M Hiatt visited Mt Vernon for a few hours Wednesday. County Attorney E R Gentry was in town Thursday.
The Rockcastle county mass Democratic convention at the court house named eighteen delegates to the Kentucky State convention in Lexington on May 24 1916. G C Fish opened the session and resolutions praised Wilson administration and Governor A O Stanley.
