Kentucky Carries Concealed Weapon Law Enacted

The Kentucky General Assembly enacts a new concealed weapon statute. It imposes fines from fifty to one hundred dollars and jail terms from ten to forty days for carrying a deadly weapon, disenfranchisement for two years, and harsher penalties on repeat offenders with possible penitentiary terms.
